Absolutely do not recommend. The management is incredibly unprofessional to the point of making me very uncomfortable, the moving staff doesn’t communicate well… they didn’t even get everything out of my house. I ended up having to rent a freaking uhaul to transport the missed boxes and I’m still missing items I can’t seem to locate. Overall, just a really frustrating experience that I had to pay a lot of money for. If you’re in need of help, find another company. You will be sorely disappointed with this one.

Excellent and fast service! Very accommodating. Shawn and his team worked remarkably efficiently and were so pleasant/kind!! Erin is also great and kept in touch with me throughout the whole process so I knew what to expect. Thank you all so much for making my move so much easier. We had a 26 ft truck and a LOT of boxes. They completed the task very timely! Hope they got good rest afterward 😆 definitely recommend.

Our move experience with Make your move Folsom was excellent! The 3 man crew was professional and friendly. They took care with all of our belongings and wasted no time. The day went extremely smooth! We almost used them for our move back in March but went with a different moving company. I regret that decision as we had a bad experience with the movers complaining and bad attitudes. When we had to move again, I decided to go with Make your move Folsom and it am so happy that I did. This experience was so much better. I would recommend this company to anyone needing movers. I will also make sure to tell anyone that needs a mover to choose this company. The owner, Kevin, takes great pride in his company and it shows. He called to talk with me at the start of the move and again at the end to make sure I was completely satisfied before they left. Update 4/2024, because of our great experience we used them again for a new move. We had the same great service with a great 3 man crew. They took great care and were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend using this company.

I had an excellent experience with this service and highly recommend them. Their communication was great, they were organized, detailed, and punctual. I appreciated receiving a call from the movers the night before to confirm mattress covers and wardrobe boxes, something I hadn't thought about. The group of guys was fantastic! Check them out!!

Highly recommend Make Your Move! I contacted multiple movers and make your move had the best prices and such a simple process to ensure everything was taken care of. The movers were so fast and cared for my items like they were their own. They disassembled furniture that needed it and reassembled where needed in my new home. I cant say enough amazing things about this company! I will recommend to all of my friends and family.
