This place is bonkers, in the best way. We placed an order (of 14 cases of seltzer no less) at 11:06 pm. At 11:29 pm they were downstairs with it. Unbelievable. And they provide you with real-time updates. 6 stars if I could.

My order arrived today. It was very positive experience. Everything packed carefully and put in place. The delivery guy was very pleasant and respectful. Excellent quality and fresh products. The only issue I had was the time of the delivery as I couldn’t change it to a better time that will suit me. Thanks for making shipping easier for me.

It’s my first time ordering from BoxedMarket after having been a loyal Boxed Express customer. While I was really used to my regular online grocery shopping and had a routine over the years from the bulk goods I get from Boxed Express, Boxed Market seems to provide a more reliable service with a lot more variety and options. I appreciate their gesture that for the first order I got a 30% off and also received a gift with sweet treats. Their delivery was both fast and quite prompt. Great customer service so far! I’ll be ordering again.

Max Delivery is the best grocery delivery service I have ever used in any city. When I was living in Manhattan, I used them 3-5 times a week. Why are they the best? - Huge selection of groceries, home items, and specialty items (um... Jacques Torres chocolate? Murray cheese? Balthazar bread? YES to ALL!) The produce is WAY fresher than what I've gotten from other delivery services. - Wonderful wine selection - The delivery guys are on time or early 99% of the time - the one time they were late, they gave me a credit on my order. I typically tip $1-2 but that's optional. - Exceptional customer service. They have a really quick chat service on their website if you have any issues. Ex: One time, they forgot an item in my grocery bag. They refunded the item immediately AND gave me a $5 credit or next time. - 1-hour delivery - need I say more? - Order 4ish times a month and there's no delivery fee. Another great way to use Max Delivery is for gifts. A friend of mine was home sick with a cold. I had max delivery send her Dayquil, soup, and tissues - she thought it was the best thing ever!
