Came in from out of town and needed storage unit for Motorcyle and did some Google searches and found facility. When I was on way I called and talked Courtney to confirm hours and move in process and she was extremely helpful and provided great customer service and made me feel wanted to be a customer something that is not common every where. Highly recommended

HEADS UP: I had multiple boxes that molded during the 6 months that I rented storage space in SecureSpace between April-Oct. The reason I still left 2 stars is because the staff is really friendly and responsive over email and I felt safe about leaving things in the storage, but after traveling for 6 months and checking on my things, multiple boxes with clothes had unfortunately molded. You sign a contract that says they won't cover any mold damage to your things so make sure you have separate insurance and if you plan on storing clothes I recommend using plastic bags or containers instead of those regular ones. This ended up being a very expensive storage for me and I lost about $1500 in damages to my things.

I am using the Secure Space storage for more than two years. The facility is clean, secure, and well-organized. The staff is friendly and professional, always ready to assist with any questions I had. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable car storage!

We used Secure Space for interim storage while we found an apt and Courtney was OUTSTANDING customer service. We had several questions when we first moved in and needed help when something went wrong on our end and she did not hesitate to help, including on a hot day when we mentioned that we were thirsty and she offered us drinks out of her own fridge. It means a lot to have somebody reliable, and who cares about their job when all of your belongings are just sitting in a storage somewhere. Her attentiveness and professionalism are experience really great!

Great managers, Courtney went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I had everything we needed. She went out of her way to double check storage unit was correct, the locks were correct, and even called to make sure our first move-in went well. She thought she made a mistake and called to see how she could fix it, but there was NO mistake on Courtney’s end. We had a system error with the key pad, their service rep “Vic” assisted with getting my gate code fixed under 5mins. I was expecting some corporate A.I. generated voice to answer, but nope Vic helped me in a timely manner.
