The folding to this package wasn't done to fit inside my rural mailbox. The package was hung in a bag since I do not have an oversized mailbox. I'm not overly familiar with internal package services and processes but this seems like a deliberate act from an employee. Package states do not bend and it was folded in both directions. This document was intended to be framed and displayed. Thanks SpeeDee!

BEWARE!!!!!IT WAS A NIGHTMARE dealing with the gentleman who answers the phones after 6pm..... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I run a business and this IS NOT how to deal with your customers!!... THIS GENTLEMAN NEEDS TO BE FIRED ASAP if he doesn't own this business! Will NEVER use this company again!.... UPDATE... I talked to Tim, and he definitely took care of my issue and seemed to care very deeply about my issue/concerns... Tim is the reason I will continue to do business with this company! And TIM is the reason I raised the rating to a 3 star!!.Thank you soo much Tim!

Speedy protocol is will deliver it when we want and that is exactly what I was told. Then she blamed it on the company I ordered it from saying they should of let me know it was going to be late. So I called the company and they were told nothing about a late delivery. It's been 5 days now speedy has had my stuff in Mankato

I use SpeeDee LTL frequently for business. The rates are fantastic and the people I talk to are always friendly. The cons are you don't get a copy of the BOL sent to you if you arrange a day in advance and the driver doesn't always remember to leave one so I have been left without tracking information. If you arrange day of pick up they email you a BOL so you are sure to have it but then you are not promised a spot on the truck or that they will even be in your area. If you have no time constraints they are the best deal out there and usually deliver next day but if something absolutely has to be picked up today then you should maybe call a bigger carrier. The only problem I've ever has with the package service is in trying to deliver to a residential apartment and they can't leave it in the community mail area.
