OK, so after looking at the reviews and seeing 1 stars back to back, then seeing nothing but 5 star reviews there after, I'm guessing there is an issue with the automatic scheduling system of the sorts? Not sure but I too set up an interview via phone with Sylvia and never received a call. I called the number sent to me via text, but not sure who's voice-mail it was but definitely was not a Randstad voice-mail. I'm hoping they call or email me to reschedule, seeing as they seem proactive in responding back to these reviews. It's tough searching for work at times, and its very frustrating when one plans there day, and even plans for the interview itself to not even get a response or anything back. After saying that, I truly believe everyone should get a second chance, and before leaving a 1 star review, taking my frustration out on the fact I was stood up, I'd rather give Sylvia the opportunity to turn my review into another 5 star amazingly happy review instead of the alternative 1 star, hence the the 3 star review for now. I had a business myself a while back, (covid wiped me out considering it was not an essential needs business) so I do understand that 5 star reviews are like online currency in a way, and such reviews can bring in revenue like no other. Now we all know 1 star reviews can definitely hurt margins extremely bad, so I'm giving the opportunity to see the good side that everyone is quite adamant about in their better reviews, and expect a call to reschedule the interview so I can flip this review around and we can both be satisfied that both parties were givin the opportunity to do great things. Update: Never got back to me. What a waist. I would think twice before scheduling anything with anyone from this agency.

Sylvia Zepeda is the worst person I have encountered at Randstad, she is very unprofessional and a liar. I scheduled a telephone interview with her and she never called and after me calling her she said she would send me a email with a forklift test. I never received anything from her. Please don't waste your time with this agency or their people.

I have had a wonderful experience so far with Randstad and with Sylvia Zepeda being my recruiter. Sylvia has gone above and beyond to make sure that I am fully prepared for the interviews I have gone to. She makes sure that each position is the right fit for me before reaching out and always has my best interest at heart. Unfortunately, for personal reasons, I have not been able to accept any positions as of yet. If were to give zero stars, I would. I showed up to an interview 15 minutes before 3pm at the Airport Place Gateway and then waited 15 minutes after and no one was behind the 2 doors. I knocked the many times. I even had the interview memo email before hand. Plus I had recruiters emailed me positions, so I replied to them asking more details about them but they ghosted me. So there is no hope in getting employment through this staffing firm. Waste of my time! Not recommended.
