We live out of state and were looking to sell our rental home once our tenants moved out. We interviewed a few candidates and chose Michelle because of her great presentation and ways she said she would market the home. Through the entire process she was always available and quick to communicate. She staged it beautifully and got lots of traffic for the open house. Michelle is the reason we're moving into our first home! After months of fruitless searching, we came across a listing; thought: "There's no way could compete"; and then forgot about it. In contrast, Michelle was able to recognize opportunity on that same listing and, less than 24 hours later, we were under contract at list price (unheard of in the current market)! Michelle has many strong relationships with other agents and professionals in the area--likely a result of her extensive experience in real estate and her patient, kind, and always-sunny personality. All of this combines to give her (and you, if you're lucky enough to work with her) an overwhelming edge in the market. We can't recommend Michelle enough. She's helpful and willing to walk first-time homebuyers through every step. She is responsive to text and calls, and is immensely competent. When we hit a few bumps with our loan, Michelle was quick to communicate with all stakeholders and smooth things out.
