This last time using them will be the last. The staff here is so unprofessional. They accept zelle payments then act like they have no idea where to apply the money. They had my family wait this Sat, Sun and arrived today at 6pm! After all that there was a new watch set in there that I did not send. Which means at some point someone opened my tank and someone else's. I never put things of value on the top thank God. Sucks for whoever that belonged to. They just give you a hard time and now with proof the workers open the packages -,I will never use them again.

Absolutely not good to send your cargo not recommend to the point that they no responsible of your belongings, they stole whatever is necessary to for they benefit including your food, clothes and others pertenece as electronic video games. Not recommend.

Worst service ever!!!! No manners and uneducated!! I sent a box to Santo Domingo and 2 weeks ago they called me and said that my sister will be receiving her box 7/29 the box never arrived that day. My sister called me yesterday afternoon and said that the shipping company from DR called and told her that the remaining balance needed to be paid in order for them to ship het box. I contacted this company yesterday afternoon and a worker named NAYELI asked me If I was able to make a payment. I told her that I have cash but if it was ok to make the payment tomorrow morning. She said "yes make the payment tomorrow morning call me and I'll call the shipping company in DR and your sister can receive her box. I did as I was told and when I called today at 915am she wasn't there. The lady that answered I told her I made the payment, etc she said she will notify NAYELI. I just called again an hour ago NAYELI isn't there same lady told me that they received the payment but unfortunately the box will arrive next week due to the shipping truck left last night. I'm furious!!!! I told her is not fair that I was misinformed by NAYELI who told me that if I made the payment this morning that my sister would receive her package today. I asked to speak with a manager, etc. They told me to call back around 2pm. THIS ISN'T FAIR!!!! IS NOT MY FAULT THAT I WAS GIVEN THE WRONG INFORMATION AND NOW MY SISTER HAS TO WAIT ANOTHER WEEK TO RECEIVE HER PACKAGE!!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!

It's a bad company, they take the money for the service and steal from the packages for themselves, they deliver but they don't deliver what you actually sent. I sent 4 boxes and the people I sent it to told me they received garbage inside the box, the service is horrible and just not a trustworthy company. I'm no longer dealing with this company so be careful when dealing with their services

Is a shame how this place is being managed. From the clerks up the the owner “Omar”. My mother send a shipment to DR back on October 2018 and due to their negligence, a vanity that was in that shipment shattered. Since October 2018 we have been trying to get a reimbursement for this item and all we have gotten is the runaround and empty promises. I have tried to be very professional about the entire process but I already see that it won’t go anywhere. My next step is a formal complaint with the better business bureau.
