Dr. Maria Carmela Rosales of the Santa Clara county medical program is an irresponsible wreckless person filled with hate and racism. I had told this doctor I have a sensitive kidney disease requiring 6-12 month checkups. Mrs. Rosales told me that her patients on dialysis took priority and informed me it would be a 3yr wait. Mrs. Rosales as I'll call her being she doesn't deserve the title of Dr. Booked me for 3yrs out. Then had her staff call me 30 separate times regarding my upcoming appointment. I confirmed with them multiple times and told them I urgently needed blood pressure medication. The staff confirmed my appointment. Now 2hrs before the appointment they call me telling me because it's been 3yrs I would need a new doctor and new appointment. This person is a racist Mexican with hate for white people..I would never recommend anyone unless they're Mexican to go to this person because they do factor race into their decision and their functions. Doctors are supposed to take the Hippocratic oath which means to heal any and all indiscriminately. I'm appalled at the overall low level of care and low level of service at Santa Clara County health buildings. I'm interested in paying out of pocket for insurance because the experience has been such a nightmare I can't access the services I need to stay healthy.
