Today I had the best experience with a medical professional. I have not been treated for years with such expertise and detail in his questions and listening to my symptoms. Dr. Aguilar is one of the best doctor/ Neurologist I have ever met. Additionally, the administrative staff (receptionist) is super helpful and in my case they gave me an appointment to attend to my emergency. I am really grateful. Octubre 2023

Him and his receptionist put me through hell! I went to him becuz I wanted help with my symptoms; being that I have neurological damage from spinal cord surgery and chiari surgery. He ordered 3 MRIs. It was friday and I was just leaving for last one. His receptionist called me to tell me that I needed a spinal cord surgery. I was TERRIFIED. She said he wanted to see me on monday. for Monday. I realized I did not need another spinal cord surgery. When I went to appt, I mentioned that it was not his receptionist place to give me that news at that time. He did not care. Hippa laws? When I mentioned that I came to him for help managing my symptoms he said "if it hurts don't do it"

The staff is polite but cold most of the time. The doctor is very thorough but will NOT do the preauthorization for the meds I need that my insurance requires. He wants my primary doctor to do it and my insurance said he is the one that needs to do it. I'm looking for a new doctor.

He's one of the best doctors I've seen...and I've been to many due to multiple problems. Hes patient, thorough, kind, and takes his time to make sure he gets all necessary information/history. Im so glad I was referred to him:). His staff is pleasant and very nice too.
