Completely satisfied. The team arrived 30 minutes early. Completed the move under the time estimated. Everyone were courteous and respectful. Used Mark 1 Moving again, 31 August, for second time and again completely satisfied. Different crew this time and they were very accommodating. I would recommend this company's services to anyone looking for a moving company.

Five stars for Kristen and her crew. We had met with a competitor for our out-of-state move and while he explained his services well, we decided to sample one more mover. Within minutes as she toured our home, Kristen explained in great detail how she was staffed, what weights would allow us to save money, and details of the billing process. The crew - some with some years on them, were absolutely up to the task and handled heavy lifting and packing with aplomb. At our new home, these same crew members spent about 20 minutes moving large L-shaped seating from place to place in their quest to find just the right distance between our tv screen and adjacent tables and walls. It was genuinely slow and heavy lifting, but the crew soldiered on. Now our new home looks sharp as a tack and we are entirely comfortable. The crew was a down-to-earth lot who had made us feel at ease. All calls placed to Kristen were answered promptly and she was perpetually upbeat and cheerful. Mark 1 Moving & Storage is first-rate. Highly recommended.

Kristen and her team are absolutely professional, courteous, and prompt. We used Wheaton/Mark 1 to move from SC to TX. We have moved many times due to my husband's corporate job. This move was the best by far! I have quite a few antiques. My husband collects rocks and has a four-foot geode. Kristen came to my house personally instead of these "real time" quotes that I received from two other companies. I appreciated this extra special (these days) customer service The driver, Steve Bennington, his son Steve, and their team are top-notch. They wrapped, packed, and delivered to Texas for us. Kristen called me every day to make sure my expectations were met. Yes, Kristen. My expectations were met above and beyond! Have no worries if you use Kristen at Mark-1/Wheaton Moving. 💯
