I do not reccommend anyone to work here, very unprofessional and lazy crew managers, horrible hr department. Just all around bad experience dealing with this company and its blatant lies. Marquette does not take care of its employees, they lack professionalism, communication, organization and anything dealing with HR is a joke.

I use go pick up crew members from main office or other various places, to take them to their destinations, and people here were nice and professional, as far as crew members, you never know who you get. Overall a good place and some of these people make a good living.

I got hired on. They were very in organized could’ve been working all night long then have to go to another boat and be expected to work. Then after a month of working like that they decide to tell me that I’m not needed no more that they are letting me go. Company is not recommended by me. Not a very good company

The Pay was okay. Just don't let an incident happen they will only get the statements from WHO they want..they don't thoroughly investigate anything. They loose great employees because of it!
