Marsik Movers were one of the best decisions we made for our move. We cannot start to thank the service enough but let' see if we can try to put this into words. Firstly, thank you Mark (owner) for being so responsive and to the point on all the moving related queries we had before the booking. Your prompt and timely responses not only helped us understand how our move would look like but also helped us decide and book faster! Thank you! Special thanks to the awesome movers - ERNESTO and SHAWN - Man, these guys are something else! They completed our move in 6.5 hours and was accurate to the detail with everything. They helped us disassemble and assemble furniture, helped with packing on demand and also discard a few items at the nearest transfer station. Most importantly, they helped us move!!! They packed our items so well which we realized when we started unpacking them. Care taken for sure! At the destination, they not only helped put everything in place as we wanted, but also went the extra mile to assemble a brand new bed frame with precision. This frame is heavy and hard to assemble but Ernesto took the time and effort to patiently get that done. And Shawn, this guy was so careful with the boxes and packages and after unloading, he further checked if there were any name tags on them to place them at the correct location. They didn't have to do that!!! But they did and we are SO HAPPY with them. Not thinking twice before our next move and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Marsik Movers to anyone that is looking to move now. THANK YOU SO MUCH ERNESTO, SHAWN and MARK for all the help with our move!!! Without you three, we would still be at our old address :) Marsik Movers are the new kind of movers in town!!! Moving in Tacoma is a stressful experience, but Marsik Movers made it so easy. They communicated with me before and after the transfer and were responsive throughout the process. All we had to do on moving day was have our boxes packed, and the moving company took care of the rest. I was amazed by their speed and professionalism, as well as the care they took to ensure our belongings were not destroyed. The fact that they disassembled and reassembled our furniture was perhaps my favorite part of the service. The staff did such an amazing job that all of my worries vanished as they got to work.
