They hire very unstable people as drivers, I was at a super market parking lot and the driver was honking non stop for an issue that had nothing to do with me, I was just a costumer doing my everyday shopping. He scared my 3 year old. That’s how unstable that man was behind the wheel.

I've been with Marten 28 years, I've got no complaints. I'm a three million miles safe driver for them and they've treated me very well, if you're polite and you work with people here you will be treated well if you're not you won't be just like in real life everywhere 10-4 thanks

This company caused me to quit trucking. They treated me and my wife horrible. Our pay wasn’t right too many times for it to be an honest mistake. We had the worst driver manager ever, he rarely answered our calls and always seemed so confused. There’s no chain of command , your driver manager is god with this company. I left a review before and it magically disappeared. This company provided me with the worst trucking experience in my 6 years of trucking. After numerous requests no one in upper management has yet to respond. It became so stressful that we quit and left money owed to us on the table. I would give this company minus stars if I could.

I just hauled a load for them. Rude and incompetent! Never sent me required delivery number until almost made my delivery late and it forced me a 60 year old to walk back and forth over 3 miles to get number and check in, then after knowing by that fiasco was already there called demanding time arrived something they already should know! Now I'll get to real meat of problem.. I've driven 36 years without a single late load ever and several years ago I applied to them. I received my application so decided was in area so dropped it off personally. When I handed it in the idiot dropped it directly in waste basket and said quote " we don't hire cowboys" just because I was wearing western wear! Yeah fat chance I'd forget how bigoted the company is after that day! To this day I've never received an apology so impossible for me to ever play nice with anyone who represents them and I mean never going to happen!! I'm still waiting for that apology but know better then to hold my breath!!!!!@
