I give this company a five star. The reason why is all the drivers that I’ve driven with which were several already have been fantastic. The people who answer the phone really cater to your needs. I had some issues with broken ribs and waking up early so they were able to, make things a lot easier for me by sending a vehicle at a different time that was feasible to my situation. I suggest if you use medical transportation, this is the company to go with thank you.

i fought with my insurance to have this company as my main company. they have so much compassion and are wonderful, even down to the people who answer the phones. i have NEVER MET MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION COMPANY THAT HAS SOOOO MUCH COMPASSION, god bless them all, another thing in life dont take things for granted because lyft will take you back as a rider in a second and they wont mind.

Horrible service! They didn’t show up on time and failed to communicate any ETA. Because of this, my mother missed her cardiology operation, which took months to schedule. When I called to address it, the manager gaslit me and blamed me for not booking correctly—how does that even make sense? This was my second call after they lied about the ETA. The manager then got disrespectful and unprofessional, even calling me 'ghetto' just because I asked for accountability. I have all the conversations recorded, so I’ll back up every word I’m saying. I don’t need to lie. God knows the truth! #TryJesusDontTryMe 🙏🏽 PART 2- REPLYING : If they put the same effort into following up with clients and communicating their tardiness as they do in being rude and quick to reply to reviews, there wouldn’t be so many issues. Showing up at 2:07 pm, long after the scheduled time, was useless and unprofessional as the appointment was missed. The doctor had a booked scheduled and could NO LONGER see her. YOU NEVER APOLOGIZED! do I need to play the recording??? or go to other Social media outlets to proof myself? Everyone who’s heard the conversation is absolutely flabbergasted at the despicable behavior I experienced. Do better if you want better reviews. Instead of bullying customers for expressing honest feedback, focus on improving your service. SMDH

They never text my for ETA. I missed my cardiology operation and now I have to wait 6 months for a new appointment. The customer service was rude, took ZERO accountability or apologized. instead they were nasty and rude. I have NEVER had such horrible service or LACK there off. Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL.
