POOR SERVICE!!! The company refused to deliver my package because they lacked staff members and tools, and they unlawfully held it for a month. According to their employee, they did not know the size of the item, which is why they are unable to deliver it, and now they are forcing me to rent a forklift and employees in order for them to ship the item.
