A good friend recommended Matt’s Moving Company so I went with them for my move. Stellar experience. Movers were friendly and efficient. They completed the entire job, including moving me out of my 3rd story apartment by stairs, in under 2 hours. I’ve been moving myself every year for 6 years, and this truly took a weight off my shoulders (literally and metaphorically) this time around. Will absolutely be coming back for future moves.

We were recommended this company for our move. Don’t go there!!! We have never had a moving company cause so much damage to our items. They only reimburse you by the pound. Picture and frames, antique china not packed properly and broken, expensive suits shoved in boxes not wardrobe boxes, many missing items. An expensive piece of artwork wrapped in paper when explained beforehand to the moving owner and movers that it was very fragile ended up broken and our home insurance had to cover. One of the movers was condescending and swore multiple times. We had to hire carpet cleaners to clean the carpeting in our new home because of their dirt traffic. Unprofessional and office staff was rude upon complaint. Would never recommend this company!!! We were reimbursed less than $200 for all the damage and missing items. BEWARE

A friend of mine spoke highly of Matt’s Moving when they heard I was stressed about moving. I called and got everything booked. Great customer service. On moving day I had a friendly, great crew that worked efficiently. They moved everything with ease up stairs and around narrow corners. The guys treated my items with respect and care. I happily tipped the crew for their efforts. If I move again I’m def using Matt’s!
