This is a late review but better late than never. Matt listed one of my houses and I must say I was more than please with his work. The entire process was smooth and seamless. I was expecting the usual stress that comes with the home selling process but working with an experienced Realtor made all the difference. Working with Matt was one of the best experiences I've had. A true professional through and through. From the moment that he began working on selling the property there was open lines of communication, a detailed plan for how the property would be set up and a great marketing plan.
