I called 6 different moving companies for our move and decided to go with Matthews for a few reasons. Pros: 1. The rate isn’t the lowest, it’s mid-range and reasonable. 2. The movers are professional and took extra care with our furniture. They blanket wrap furniture and vacuumed any fabric items. 3. They provide piano moving, and did a great job at wrapping it with blankets. 4. I’d like to give a big shout out to my key contact person, Jessica! She relentlessly answered all my questions with a timely and caring manner before and during the move. Cons: 1. They said they are able to do same day upload and unload, unfortunately, it didn’t happened. I understood it took longer than expected to upload our 130~150 boxes, but having an accurate time estimate beforehand helps.

I called around and decided to go with Matthew's for my small move across town. I need to move my stuff from a storage facility in MD to another storage facility in VA. The move went fine. What I want to highlight with Matthew's is the customer service that Jessica provided to me. Jessica was prompt, courteous, and super helpful when booking the move. At the end, we had some crossed wires on the price and mode of payment for the service, and Jessica went above and beyond to help figure it out for me. If you are looking for a moving company that does a great job AND one that cares for its customers like how Jessica handled it, I recommend these movers.

I moved from Maryland to San Antonio using Matthew's team. I checked countless companies before a friend recommended Matthew's Nationwide. From the first time speaking to Matthew by phone, I knew this was the right company. He was gracious and supportive and put my fears to rest. Then, I was connected to Alex, who was the lead on my move. Words can not describe Alex's kindness. He calmed my anxiety with reassuring me that he and his crew could take all of my belongs safely. My contents were a two bedroom apartment and a car. Alex contacted me before the day of my move to assure me they would meet me at my place in MD at a certain time. They were punctual and ready to go. They coordinated the date of my arrival to the new apartment to the exact time. They worked like a well-oiled machine. I have moved to 3 countries and 4 states and NEVER experienced the professionalism and care Alex and his team gave me. Alex contacted me along the journey, letting me know what State he had reached and assured me. All was well. The team loading in Maryland was incredible and thorough. Thanks, Edgar and Tyrone! When I arrived at my new apartment in San Antonio, Alex and Kinte were right there waiting to move me in. I literally started to cry. I was so happy to see them with all my belongs. I recommended Matthew's to everyone I know. I even sent Matthew's card to my real estate agent, who found me my current place to pass on to his clients. Alex, is the BEST!! His crew is AWESOME! Thank you, Kinte! Everything arrived safely and all in one piece. They were a blessing to me, and I am forever grateful for Alex's kindness and patience.

This moving company is one of the best. If I could give them 1000 stars, I would. Everyone was super nice and caring. The movers worked really hard( Alex and Ty) were just amazing! I had a great experience with Matthew nationwide moving company from the time I called and requested an estimate and made an appointment until the end. Matthew's Nationwide Moving was a very positive experience. From initial coordination with Matthew to the eventual days of the moving process. The crew (Alex, Kinte, Ty, and Edgar) did a fantastic job and made me very comfortable about our move. Pack out was done very well. The following day when loading our household goods, the crew was very efficient, safe, and considerate of our stuff.
