Terrible and rude driver. He was staying up cars bumpers that were going speed limit, hanging out his window to give them the middle finger, throwing his arms up in the air, driving well over the speed limit. Very unprofessional and unsafe for the roads, he should not be a truck driver. I was on the road with him for about 15 mins and was scared for my safety. My passenger took a picture to get his truck number so something could be done. After seeing that his picture was taken he got very angry and got behind me and rode my bumper as well. Very scary

Hires inconsiderate drivers who are unable to find a spot in an empty lot so they park next to a tank pad in the entrance to a pilot...🙄 Pitiful drivers... DO BETTER!!!

Worked here about 6 months, had my cdl prior to hire. Decided to come off the road and get a job at home due to family issues and overall just wanted to be home. But I would highly recommend this company for anyone especially just starting out. The training is top of the line, especially Securement. The training setup and trainers are great. Really good pay. Mirror eye system is probably one of the most helpful means of technology ever, makes your job much easier. Really liked the setup of everything on their platform science and how organized the company was. The only really bad experience I would say is just kinda go into it accepting you’ll just do what you got to do to deal with the “transition” fleet manager for a few months. I don’t want to bash anyone online, so I’ll just say you have to stand up to them if they try to push you to do crazy stuff and don’t really know what’s going on in my experience anyway, not all of them I’m sure. But everyone says that everything is really smooth and organized with the real fleet managers. Anyways overall really good company, I would highly recommend it

According to your website it says 6 months of experience required or student driver status however when you call and actually talk to a recruiter they lie to you and tell you oh that information is incorrect on the website you need at least a year so instead of lying to people by falsely advertising 6 months required experience on the website be straight up and transparent with them as I would have really enjoyed being part of your team but thankfully your recruiters showed me your true nature and I'm glad I didn't go through with wasting my time on an application

"I've been working at Maverick for three months now, and I gotta say, it's been a great experience. At first, I was kinda nervous 'cause my English isn't perfect, but the folks at Maverick are really understanding and patient. They've been with me every step of the way, and they always answer my questions, even if they're kinda silly. And get this - just this week, the Fleet Manager called me up and asked me to come back to the main building to pick up a sweet new truck. It's a 2022 model with all these fancy cameras and sensors that make driving way safer. Honestly, I'd recommend Maverick to anyone who's looking for a supportive and chill employer. Don't listen to any haters, just be respectful and committed, and Maverick will have your back. Plus, the pay is pretty damn good, so what's not to like?"
