Worst Courier Service Ever! 😡😤👎 This is the worst courier service! I was expecting an urgent delivery today, but when I missed their call, they didn’t even bother to ring the doorbell or attempt delivery, even though someone was home. I contacted the delivery person, *Mohameed Shareef Peedikakkal* (ID: 372), and he said he wouldn’t deliver anymore and I had to wait until Monday or collect it myself. Extremely frustrating! When I went to collect the package, he still insisted I pay the delivery fee, despite me having to pick it up to him all the way in DIP. He even suggested going all the way to Ajman if I wasn’t happy. This courier wasted my time and caused so much stress. Avoid them at all costs! My Reply: I appreciate your response, but I am extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled. It is unacceptable to claim that the driver attempted delivery when he didn’t even try to ring the doorbell. I was unwell and away from my phone, and I expected at least a basic effort to communicate with me. Your policy of not allowing drivers to knock is unreasonable, especially in situations like this. The delivery window of 10 AM to 4 PM was vague, and I was given no specific time. I was forced to meet the driver all the way to DIP, where he was at the same location for more than an hour without moving. Are you saying it takes him an hour to be in one specific location without being able to arrange a return delivery, especially when I mentioned that I urgently needed the item? It’s frustrating to be treated this way as a customer, and I don’t believe I should have to pay courier charges when your service failed to deliver as promised. I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve your service.

Recently my order from a Jewellery was delivered through them. The delivery was bit delay, but it was the issue in Address received from the Consignor. I called them for the delivery thrice a day I think, the response was not much satisfying. The executives who picking the phone was very adamantly saying that they cant arrange delivery at those times(I request to deliver 11AM), and they are asking the Tracking Number I don't have those details because I didn't received any AWB or Order Number from their delivery service team till 7PM. And the next day through the help and support from one of their executive and the consignor, delivered my item on very next day. If they improve their service little bit more, it will be very helpful for the receivers. And its better to provide these tracking numbers as Text Message or Emails like Aramex.
