AVOID THE EVIL IS HIDING UNDER AN ANGEL VOICE THERE. You pay for 40 min session of therapy and you will receive only 25,because they come to pick up your child exactly on appointment time, taking him upstairs 2-3 floors and prepare him taking shoes off etc 10 min they are gone,they start to prepare your child 5 min before your session finish and take him down,so 15 min gone ,it remain 25 min for therapy,the 5 min for review is resumed at 5 sec comment,when i raise my concern about it i receive a rude an unprofessional behaviour from ROSALIND OT therapist,she was drinking from a cup that was hidden between toys and here i may imagine everything,because normal people keep them mug with coffee or tea next to them computer on the desk where the child is not reaching,while my child having a meltdown,being very dismissive and rude when i ask her to step back a bit and seat on her chair to see what was the reason of my son anxiety She reply me 3 times "don't tell me what to do" I believe it was a joke for 2 sec and after i give her my apologies,explaining that my intentions to understand my child that moment not to offend her,and then she repeated the second time "even so,don't tell me what to do" At that point i get upset and i take my child out from the room and i told her that such a big shame for her answers as a therapist,then she repeated the third time "don't tell me what to do" and she slam the door behind us.VERY RUDE ,UNPROFESSIONAL I complain about it indeed,but i very sure the she will denied everything to defend her job. So ,if you luke to spend 2160£ for a block,please don't do it there where the Evil is hiding under an angel voice.They are not looking to achieve something with the therapy ,just a way to make quick money,your child goals they are irrelevant for them,and even for speech therapy is the same,not all therapists working there have experience with autistic children,because when a therapist step in the room and speak loud and quick,asking my child what he want to do?my child nonverbal,ok she decide to do swing,and she put him on swing for all the session taking more time to fix the swing then to work with my child. You don't get any therapy,and they also acting like you ow them something.Avoid and spare your money and your child well being.

If I could I will give them 0 stars,I may bet that none of the good reviews was write by a parent there and I may bet that none of the parents doing therapy sessions there they was happy and improve children condition. A small and very rude team,the place is very dirty,i believe they never sanitised the rooms for children,provably only the toilets,full of dust everywhere, none of the therapist was able to connect with my child,is true about the time,they cut from it,no experience with children in need. I hope that the Health And Care Professions Council will close those places because they take advantage on desperated family that look for help for them children,they see you money walking,just an opportunity for them,that's it Here you may raise your complain about them practice,behaviour,ethic etc: hcpc-uk/complain Spare your money, and don't traumatise your child more by taking to Maximum Potential Fitzroy to do the therapy

We work better with our children at home then them over there,i really not recomend this Maximum Potential as a place of therapy,the therapist didn't know how to do the job,she was talking loud and fast without being at the child level,instead to use simple words for a nonverbal child,i was in need to correct her all the time in basic approach for an autistic child,If i could i will not give them not even a star,they don't deserve.Really not recommended,it's look like babysitting but not even so. Money is all that matter gor them not your child improvements ,STAY AWAY and read all review about them in social media
