My son, who has special needs, just started middle school. Recently, there was an incident on the Mayor’s transportation bus after school where another student got out of his seat, stood in the aisle, and began bothering, pushing, and grabbing my sons belongings. Although a matron or bus attendant was supposed to be on board, I was on the phone with my son as he yelled and cried about what was happening there was no adult to assist. When I called the bus company for help, the operator had no idea if there was even an attendant on the bus. She put me on hold to try to find out. When she returned, she said they hadn’t answered her call, and when I asked who she called, she said it was the bus driver. I found it concerning that the driver was expected to answer while driving students home safely and why she couldn't call the bus attendant. My son was frightened, and it felt like there were no proper safety measures in place to ensure he and the other children got home safely, as they should have. I had to call the following morning to speak to a supervisor- where the operator told me there was no supervisor to speak with and she refused to give me a name.

My family and I couldn’t find a good bus company . Someone told me about this and we decided to use them for my nephew. The 1st week was good. Moving forward to the next week my nephew would say the driver yelled at him and called him inappropriate names. I did what I felt would be best for my nephew and myself which was take him off the buses.!

This company provides safe service for the children. My daughters bus aide is Tanya. We simply love her. She takes her time with the children and she always has a smile on her face. She has the patience of a Saint. She always has something positive to say to the children and to the family. She treats them like family. Keep up the good work Tanya we appreciate you!

Excellent service especially their workers. My 13 year old granddaughter has Autism. My granddaughter is very picky about the people who she talks with and the people who she feels comfortable with and her bus aide Ms Tanya is one amazing person/woman. My granddaughter and I are so happy and lucky to have Ms. Tanya because we both feel safe and comfortable with her. We definitely need more people like her who loves her students on her bus. Ms Tanya to us is family. I definitely trust her with my granddaughter. We have been truly lucky and blessed to have Ms Tanya in our lives.

Miss Tanya, is the best. She makes me feel safe with my child. I know when he's on the bus, I know when he's coming home. Also she is so warm and kind-hearted. My son has been bullied so much and he never took the bus until almost the end of the year, last year. Now he feels safe and as a parent for your kid to feel safe and you know that the person actually cares about you and your kid. Every day, Ms Tanya makes me feel like I know my son is in good hands I don't know who will win this contest but I swear I've been through so much in my life and this is the safest that I feel with her and my son in her care. Please, she's the best!!! I send all my prayers and love to everyone I'm sure they probably just as great but I've been through so much and this is my safety zone with her blessings and love to everyone!!!
