I hired careful movers in 2021 to pack up my 600 square foot apartment. I realize that this review is many years late but I'm writing the review because I still haven't forgotten how terrible they treated me. The movers were supposed to be at my apartment at 1pm. They were 8 hours late, slammed the front door coming in and out of my apartment and were yelling in the apartment to each other. I had talked with their manager (Brandy I believe) who told me they overbooked their day and were lied to by their customer on how much stuff they had. So I was the one who ended up getting off schedule. Not the customer who lied about how much stuff they had. They should have stopped moving the other customer and come to my apartment at scheduled time. It was not my fault that they were lied to, yet I was the one who had to suffer. All of my stuff was supposed to be in the storage facility that night but because they got there at 8, we missed getting there before the facility closed. Their solution was to keep my stuff in their truck on their property until the next morning. I had to find a place to stay that night because I was supposed to be in another city for work that night. I explained my situation to the manager, and she did not care. She actually hung up on me while I was talking to her the night that the movers were in my apartment. The movers met me at the storage unit the next morning and were an hour late. They were only there 45 min and charged me for the full hour because "that is what they are told to do." I received such poor customer service from this company. I do not recommend them to anyone. I would actually recommend Einstein Movers or College Hunks Moving Junk. Save your money and headache; don't hire this company.

Rachel Charles and Kareem were the best!!!! Very friendly, very accommodating, they were truly a joy! I wish we could see them again. If we ever have a need to move again, I will for sure call Careful Movers.

Antonio and Kareem were great!! We used Careful Movers to relocate our model home furniture and they were quick but careful! We often refer Careful Movers to our incoming residents and its reassuring when we receive such great service, that our residents are in good hands!
