When I got home I realized I was missing a little over 1/4 of the items in the lot I purchased. I reached out and they were cooperative but couldn’t find where the items went. They were not cheap items. They told me they will not give me a refund because it was my job to make sure I had all my items but when I arrived to pick the items up they were all wrapped in so much bubble wrap I couldn’t identify the items unless I would have cut each one open for 30 minutes straight. This issue would have been resolved if the items were labeled. They also told me no refunds which is fair because I agreed to that, but at the same time, I wasn’t expecting them to entirely lose my items. They weren’t just missing them from my box, they never found where they went, meaning they accidentally gave all 5+ items to someone else, and never retrieved them. I’m very disappointed by this massive mistake and mismanagement. Yes I should have checked the items but I was busy and I would never expect in the case that I was missing an item, that it wasn’t just left behind, but completely gone! On top of all of this, they put an %18 buyers premium on everything, plus another fee of like %3. It was my first time buying from them and my last. All it would have taken was a $60 dollar refund out of a $540 payment even though I was missing 1/4 of my items, to fix the situation but instead they declined. Do not buy from them.

I had won a couple of lots of items, and this was the first time that I had bid on their auction. I drove in to pick up my items however they did not give me all of the contents when they gave it to me and I had left without it. I noticed this a day or two later. This can happen, I should have checked before I left. I emailed them with a picture from the listing and circled the items that I did not get and asked how I can arrange to get them. I did not get a reply, so I emailed their “contact” email again 3 days later asking for support. Still no reply back. I emailed them again 1 week after that and still never got a reply. Since this is their level of customer service I will not be bidding with them again.

I've bought several things from there. I bid on a car and was the leading bidder. After looking closer, I realized this wasn't the model I thought it was. I contacted them and asked if they could remove my bid. They were friendly and did so. The car sold for $100 less than my bid. I gave plenty of notice before the end of the auction. For some reason, they decided to contact Hi-Bid and others and lie about the situation and say I "Called and said I didn't want it and wouldn't pay." I have the emails that clearly tell the truth. So, while they do these things to destroy my reputation, I will see them in court. Don't trust them. Don't buy from them. Don't list with them. They go the extra mile.................to lie and cause damage to your life. And they won't respond or attempt to make things right...........it's against their nature.

Scheerer McCulloch coordinated our move from one state to another and the on line auction of those items of those not moving. Phil has done a fantastic job of coordinating the logistics and communications. Whatever time is agreed to is totally accurate. The gentlemen on the truck are absolutely top notch. The sorting and identifying of those items for best presentation for the auction success. Lisa and her crew work hard and communicate well. We are so very pleased with our decision to ask Scheerer McCulloch to coordinate our needs. There were also instances of way over and above the above expectations to make the process smoother for us.
