I would give zero stars if i could. to start, one of the workers showed up drunk and promptly got into a fight with the boss (Mr. McDaniel) and was fired. after sitting on the truck for an hour, and having a beatbox (11% alc), he started working again. then both of the workers pressured my SO and I to buy them beer, my SO has been sober for 10 years. we told them on the phone the drive was an hour away and they said it was a $75 travel fee, they did not inform us that we still had to pay $125/hour for that hour. the workers again needed beer once we got to our new place and were telling us that they can’t work without it and that the work would get done faster with it. we had to pay by the hour and i swear they sat for the equivalent of 4 hours throughout the whole time (they were working from 10am-5pm), Mr. McDaniel even stated multiple times that he couldn’t find his workers. then they finished at 5:10 and they charged us for an extra hour because they round up to the next hour even though they had been done and sitting around for roughly 20 mins. after it was all said and done it ended up costing us $600 more than they estimated and Mr. McDaniel stated that i wasn’t allowed to talk about his rates in front of his workers (who were sitting with my SO having a conversation). they broke a 72in tv and broke a piece of wood off of a nightstand and when i called them to report it he wouldn’t even let me speak. he kept yelling over me that there was no way they broke it and they unwrapped it to show it wasn’t broken (they didn’t). he said that it’s been 2 weeks since we moved so it’s all on me now, but wouldn’t allow me to explain that i couldn’t get wifi until today hence why i couldn’t set up the tv until today. i ended up hanging up on him before i anything mean came out.

Excellent service prompt and very professional. Once arrived to my house they got to work right away. I will be using them again. I highly recommend this moving company.

They moved me 3 times and I had no problem. They wrapped the furniture very well, wore plastic shoes protection and the price was good. Never had a problem.

Mr McDaniel is a gem. Very efficient, professional, careful and courteous company. They have helped me move twice. I would use them again.
