Truck 7400 seems to be an amazing driver and person all around. In Wisconsin the driver knew how to back and drive his truck well. He even helped a driver back their truck up blind side backing. If highly recommend this driver.

I worked for them on 3 separate occasions. I was always trying to find the greener pasture. Turns out the grass wasn't greener. They were pretty wonderful to work for. Only reason I'm not anymore is I'm local now and I live too far for their local lanes.

My first time here got to keep it real would go back anytime had a 9.30 appointment got there 9am was out by 10am check in lady was really nice and professional back in dock 12 the brother load me really fast wish I would've gotten his name to show him some props for doing a wonderful job.

Overall experience, not too bad. I arrived early to load. When they returned from lunch (11-12pm), they got me right in, and was loaded quite quickly. Now the not so good part...the QUICK loading comes at a cost. The loader seemed to be trying to fly thru the nose if my trailer, as well as trying to tear up my trailer suspension. Yeah, I'm exaggerating a tad, but the fact remains, he was going far too fast into my trailer (hard in the suspension) and the 1st skid he loaded, not only did he hit the nose if the trailer hard, the forklift driver even lunged forward from the sudden stop. I immediately made it know, slto slow down (I even have large red wording at the tail end of the inside of the trailer, asking them to PLEASE ENTER & EXIT SLOWLY. Apparently, some people either can't read, or simply don't care. See videos attached. This is completely unacceptable to me. The guy in the office had the loader slow down, then said to me "in 20 years, I've never heard anyone ask to slow down while loading". Well, I guess 20 years of doing something wrong, gives them the idea it's acceptable. I can not stand people who can't simple acknowledge the truth and address it as an adult. That said, overall, not a totally bad experience....just make sure they don't damage your equipment with their, IMO, careless loading practices. I would have given 5 stars, if the loader wasn't so rough on my equipment and if management was more positively responsive to my concerns.
