The BEST!!! I have done 8 military moves with 8 different moving companies - none have been even close to the level of quality, professionalism, and engagement of McNaughton Moving & Storage. My sales manager, Luke, reached out to me early and was completely intuitive in planning our move. He was also responsive and super attentive to our needs, always looking for solutions for our unique household goods and concerns. The carrier and movers that packed my household goods up were the best crew I've ever worked with. Professional, hard working, and they knew the plan from the get-go because Luke made sure they were prepared. They followed up after the move to make sure I had everything I needed and even arranged to pick up the packing debris well after I had moved in. 14,000lbs of household goods and nothing was damaged or neglected. I can't vouch for this team enough!

Our family needed to move my parents into an assisted living residence within a tight time frame. McNaughton was recommended to us by the assisted living facility, and they did not disappoint. Luke was professional and kind on the phone, and provided a detailed invoice and estimate via email almost immediately. The gentlemen that arrived to assist with the move were kind and courteous, especially considering that my parents were indecisive about what to bring with them. Patience abounded. Care was taken with everything and the men were considerate of other residents in the building. I would highly recommend!

Sadly, an unprofessional service. I called them a couple of days prior to the end of my delivery window. I was not able to reach anyone for 3 days. When I finally got a hold of someone at the office, I asked for a rough estimate of the date and time of the delivery since it was close to the end of the “guaranteed” delivery window. He told me he would call me back after he checked up on a couple of things. Took him a whole day to get back to me to let me know that it was a complicated situation. They just noticed that my belongings were never picked up and was just sitting in their warehouse for over 3 weeks. No one had realized or had been notified that it was there. They never accepted responsibility for any of this and just told me to file a claim. They then said they would expedite it as quickly as possible, but my belongings did not arrive until more than 2 weeks later. I had to stay in a hotel during this time while starting a new job, so it was a big inconvenience. I would not trust them for a future move. Hoped for a professional move with the supposed guaranteed delivery time, and some acceptance of responsibility. The actual movers, however, did a good job. Overall a very disappointing moving experience during an important time.
