DO NOT USE‼ They charged my card AFTER I paid the fee for my move. They then would not respond to calls and emails until I threatened them. They also broke my television and destroyed my lamp shade. After reporting them to the Better Business Bureau they offered to give my $50 for my items! This company is a joke. They appear legit but are not.

Movers never even showed up. Originally scheduled the move for Saturday morning a week prior. Then got a call Friday night after I had completely finished packing that they would instead be coming 11 am on Monday. I call them on Monday at 1 pm and all they told me was that they were “working on it.” It wasn’t until about 4 pm and practically begging them to just give us a straight answer on whether or not they were coming that we discovered they not only could not find record of my contract, they also didn’t have a driver. Now, they won’t return my calls or emails about receiving a refund of the almost $700 I paid for no one to show up. EDIT: Their response is a blatant lie, as expected. I’m now going to be forced file a claim in small claims court as they have not responded to me whatsoever

Liars. Scammers. Con artists. Plz do not book with them. And check your broker (ours was Allied) who sets you up with 3rd parties. They tried to squeeze more money out of us, not following the contract, and then held my stuff for ransom until I paid. Had to get police involved before getting my items back. They are in the process of getting sued.

This is the absolute worst moving experience I’ve ever had due to manager David who is unbearable and impossible to work with. He is also disorganized and dishonest. My belongings arrived at my final destination 7 days before the agreed timeframe due to an error by MD and they took no responsibility. David attempted to tell me that the delivery day on my contract holds no weight (makes no sense). Would recommend driving your belongings in a u haul truck yourself before you consider using this company.

I move a lot being in the Military and normally wouldn't care to comment one way or the other but this time my move was a PPM situation or DITY Move to my seniors so i had to find someone to move My family & I, I really did not realize what people meant by the stress of moving until my phone rang 30 times the second i put a request in everyone i spoke too felt like a crooked used car salesman, And then i got an email and a voicemail he only called once i heard the voicemail and sent him a text. Phillip Grant thanks not only did he answer all questions and concerns I had but helped me all throughout the process his team and crew made this move the easiest they was careful with my belongings, my price stayed the same even when I had another 50 or so boxes on my pick up they actually knew each other normally the military took care of my moves so if the price changed it wasn't my concern but Phillip made sure every step of the way that we were updated and calm their guys didn't even take a tip I offered all they asked was to share my experiences so here's your tip Phillip and Paul ! You guys are awesome im definitely going to use them again and tell my subordinates!
