Just bought the 2008 Smart car.I found them friendly and fair seems like they really cared. Horn didn't work, outside mirror adjustment knob fell off and after a few days of driving there was a problem with something in the front driver side wheel that was grinding and the car would not move. I took it back so let's see if it is repaired I haven't even made a payment yet so I'm hoping they are honest and the repairs are done! I will post another review after I get the car back
