Arrived over an hour late. Then the two men who were inside the apartment were arguing with each other, wasting time. Looking into my guitar case instead of moving boxes, carrying one light item at a time when there were other items that could be carried were some of the time wasters. Also the lead man insisted on taking my sofa apart to make it lighter but he didn't put it back together properly so the back now falls down on one side because they lost some of the bolts. I had everything packed and ready to go but it took them 8 1/2 hours to move from a 2 bedroom apartment to a home a mile away. I even carried boxes and when the boxes came down the ramp at the new home, made sure that boxes to go to basement were on one side and boxes to come into the house were on the other and still many boxes for the upstairs, and my clothing ended up in the basement. Also upon returning to the apartment to clean, there were 8 boxes that were left in the apartment which I had to move myself. There is no way that I would recommend this company to anyone. It's been a while since i wrote this review, but now I have had a chance to go through my belongings and I have found two items missing. My mom's large leather duffel bag is missing, and a large Imaginex dragon which is in a huge box is also missing. This was my grandson's birthday present so I hope whoever took it enjoys it!
