Appt was at 10. I checked in at 9:15 and waited in warehouse to give paper to shipper after check in. I was unloaded and out by 10:25 am. First time here and not bad experience

TRUCK DRIVERS- Try to reach this location just 10-15 minutes before appointment time. They won't allow you to park inside for long and if you are late, you might have to spend your whole day there. To save your time, skip the line to the shippers office and take a form to fill for check in. Come outside and fill the form in which you must enter PO number and Appointment number. Then only you should wait for your turn in the line. The staff is not rude, they are practical. There is shortage of staff and they do take their time. Please be prepared to manage your log book, as at an average you might spend 3-4 hours atleast. Use of Washrooms is NOT allowed. Masks are mandatory.

It’s doesn’t matter if your early on time or late the lady’s are nice but are very slow at doing paper work. The loader will take there sweet time or wait till shift change and still have to wait. Over all if you have nothing to do and are willing to run your clock out here would be the perfect place. If you have somewhere to go or other stops I say make this one your last stop. The system is prone to crashing which makes it take longer.

Poor loading service at 770 Skyway Court, Napa. Unnecessarily spaces were left, which could contribute to cargo damage during transportation. Big waste of time waiting to be reloaded correctly, after noticing the problem. I wish that they could let drivers in to supervise the loading process.
