I booked AAA Movers two months in advance for a move that included 70 boxes and all my furniture, including a treadmill. Our total boxes were 50. They were scheduled to arrive at 8 a.m., but only two movers showed up around 2 p.m., already exhausted from a prior job. Despite their fatigue, they began loading my belongings. By 8 p.m., a third mover joined, but they didn't finish loading until 10 p.m. Significant items, including my treadmill, tanning table, three chairs, a shoe rack, lighting, and bikes, were left behind in my garage due to insufficient truck space. The movers then transported the rest to my new house and finished unloading at 2:30 a.m. My family, including my two young children, endured a sleepless and chaotic night. To make matters worse, they forgot some parts of the beds, leaving us to sleep on the floor. The supervisor, Brian, assured me via text that the rest of the move would be completed the next day for free. However, when I followed up the next morning, they insisted I had to pay. Despite their poor planning and execution, and after a long argument with Jenny from AAA Movers, they still demanded payment. Ultimately, they failed to complete the move, and I had to rent a U-Haul to finish the job myself. This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. AAA Movers trapped me into paying a significant amount for incomplete and unprofessional service. I strongly advise against using them.

From the start, I felt comfortable hiring AAA Movers. Tiffany, who was my intake specialist, answered every single question I had and was extremely communicative. The three movers were phenomenal, extremely efficient, kind and professional. They were careful with my belongings and didn’t seem like they were in a rush to get the truck loaded and the job done. This is my first time hiring movers and I was skeptical because I’ve heard stories about valuables getting broken or lost. I did not experience any of those things with AAA Movers. I’ll be using AAA Movers for future moves. 10/10 highly recommend.

Sorry but had to edit this - unfortunately my seat cushions were left behind in the truck - after calling, emailing & messaging eventually someone got back to me a couple of days later and said come and pick them up yourself ☹️ Seems like a shame after such a good service, sure things can be forgotten and left in the truck - it would have been nice to return them to me… Ricki and Elihu did such a great job moving our furniture into a new apartment. They worked carefully, efficiently and were so respectful of our items. They had us packed and unpacked in record time! I would definitely recommend AAA - from the first contact with Nate, easy online booking, great price and great service. Thank you everyone
