A very positive experience in the training of the orientation staff of Melton Truck Line, Tulsa Oklahoma. The whole experience was worth it and I will keep it in mind in every step of my career as a professional driver. They educate you with respect in safety both personally and professionally and in the load. I learned a lot. They teach with great professionalism and passion step by step what you should do and always keep in mind. It does not matter if you are a recent graduate or an experienced driver, the training is the same for everyone. They take the time that is necessary until you understand well. They do not leave you with doubts. I recommend Melton Truck Lines to any driver with or without experience. All you have to do is come with an open mind and a desire to learn. Great! Company to work with. If you're new to trucking, their training is 2nd to none. It's a long training, but when you get through it, you'll be absolutely confident in the skills you've gained. However, flatbed is not for everyone. If you can endure working as a flatbed driver and can go on the road for weeks at a time. This is where you want to start and grow your career.

I just wanted to take a moment to say how extremely happy I am that I chose to come work for this company. Everyone has welcomed me with open arms and treated me like family. From the instructors Mike, Laura, Sam, Robert, and a few others to my Recruiter Nancy Smith and my trainer Bruce, it has been nothing short of amazing. I am currently on my last week of training, and then I will get my own truck and go solo. I am looking forward to where this company takes me. I plan on making a career in this industry with my true family, Melton Truck Lines.
