Dr Bates is the best, he's kind, patient and treats you like family. He's very serious about getting you back to optimal health. He gets very very busy but always manages somehow to get us in. Donna is the best, that's his wife, they are a good team. His daughter Pammy is a massage therapidt in his office so double treat. I would recommend everyone to them. Except I would like to be able to get in to see my doctor. Lol! I hurt my back just by reaching up and getting something from the cabinet as I stood there unable to straighten up I said to myself what just happened? 😭 🥴I immediately called Dr Bates's office they got me in and after the adjustment I was able to walk a little straighter. It was still a process but after 3 treatments I was fine NO medication. He gave me strengthening exercises to do it was amazing! So now instead of going to ER I call Dr bates's office! I love his honesty, because if he feels it is something that he cannot treat he will definitely tell you I need to have an x-ray and send you to see your PCP. He's not claiming to be a miracle worker but he knows what he's doing. My family and I have been going to Dr Bates for at least 12 years. My son lives in San Diego and every time he comes here he wants to get an adjustment by Dr Bates stating "I haven't found anybody in San Diego like Dr Bates."

He fixed me on first visit, whereas a chiropractor a couple weeks prior could not in two sessions. Amazing! After a couple more adjustments I was on the road to recovery. It’s been a couple weeks since my last visit and feel 100% better. The massage from Pamela was just an amazing! Highly recommend this place!!

Dr Bates is an amazing chiropractor. I went to see him for pain in my coccyx (I didn’t think he could do anything but I still went after recommendations from my husband) and he fixed me in 1 session! I also had knee pain and just recommended a knee brace and patience which eventually was the right thing to do. His wife Donna manages the office and she is absolutely lovely. Highly recommend this office!

Great chiropractor! Listens to you very carefully, then adjusts as gently as possible. Real miracle worker for me when I needed emergency adjustments several times. His wife Donna is the practice manager/receptionist and she is awesome. Dr. Bates was able to adjust me in one or two visits each time. He's like a magician. The only problem I had with the practice is sometimes it's hard to get an appointment quickly when the need arises.

Amazing is the word to describe Dr Bates Practice. He is gentle, approachable and patiently listens to ur issues and work with you on the problem u have. His wife who manages the front desk is a sweetest person who is accommodative and very nice . She accommodated my urgent same day request twice and Dr too was kind enough to relieve me of my pain. I would definitely recommend Dr Bates for your Chiropractor needs and he has all necessary equipment for the practice.
