Wonderful job delivering a key piece of expensive furniture to a dear friend in Wake Forest as well as moving a pair of vintage rockers! The care given and thorough packaging went well beyond my expectations! And the personal treatment made sure I was not just a number or just a customer but someone with a real need. We chose this company based on the reviews here. What a disappointment! Our initial quote was way off even though we pointed out everything that was to be moved. After creating our own inventory and providing it to the company, we thought a more accurate quote was obtained. Moving day arrived and we were provided 5 guys to move a 1888 sf house and basement 15 miles. Other than some lamps, paintings and mirrors, pretty much everything else was already packed and ready to go. It took them approximately 6 hours to load the truck - 2 young guys stood around watching the others until they were specifically told what to do, a number of pieces of furniture were disassembled for no apparent reason, and organization was lacking. (Since the company bills by the hour our quote therefore again was not accurate). Although informed that any furniture disassembled would be reassembled once the move was complete, the truck was unloaded and items stored (another 2+ hour process), we were asked , as an afterthought, if we wanted the furniture reassembled. By this point we were tired, frustrated, and just said “no”. A leg was broken off of a silver chest and other items sustained dents, gauges and scratches. Perhaps we were just the family that got everyone on an “off” day, but I certainly won’t consider using them again.

These guys were on point! They arrived right on time! They packed all my furniture and boxes carefully and neatly into their truck with expert efficiency. They moved my items 6 hours away and unloaded it all perfectly into my storage unit all in one day with professionalism and friendly attitudes.
