I had called several moving companies and landed on this absolute professional helpers website - Metro Loading Service. Alex was a rockstar and John was impressive. They were punctual, fast, extremely efficient, and managed to pack the 10' U-haul perfectly within 1-1/12 hours for 1 bedroom apartment. My apartment did not have an elevator and they effortlessly loaded the U-Haul even from 3rd floor. No items were broken or scratched. They were both very kind and professional, offering a superior experience compared to major moving companies. I hope they are still available in a few years, and I would highly recommend them without any hesitation.

This is the second time I have used Metro Loading Service for my moving needs in the last 2.5 years. Both times have been great! All the guys that helped us out had such a positive attitude, were extremely careful with all my items, efficient and reliable. Plus you cannot beat the price. Would definitely recommend them to whenever needs hassle free moving assistance!

They were very professional and focused and were, by far, the best movers we have had over our many years of moving. We hired Metro to pack 2 PODS for us for a cross-country move and they did a wonderful job of organizing and stacking our belongings and making the most of the available space. They also accompanied my husband to Good Will to unload furniture donations. I would recommend them to anyone living in the Chicago area.

John from Metro and his team professionally loaded the truck I rented and did a fantastic job packing the truck. Everything was stacked tightly and nothing shifted during the drive. There was a several hour delay in getting keys for our new apartment and John was able to arrange a second crew to unload that evening. All of movers had a positive attitude, asked questions, and truly what Ted us happy. Although I wasn’t familiar with this type of business, I am now and highly recommend Metro. I saved over $500 compared to a “regular” moving service, including tipping !!
