I give them two stars because of their excellent crew. Both guys were professional and reasonable. The driver came forward and self-reported damages to my bed. Then, my nightmare began. It has been over a month, and they are still trying to work something out to fix or compensate me for the damages. And it is always the same excuse, " I am waiting for someone from a local office to call me back." I asked for a settlement, but they still need someone to call them back. Their crew is excellent, but their corporate offices are terrible. Please be aware. They do not respond well nor respect your valuables or your time.

This was by far the most pleasant move I have encountered. Don, Ty and Snoop were the best, they were done in 2 hours. Upon meeting them I immediately felt at ease. Moved my 88 year old mother from house to apartment. They were respectful of her and her property. Everything arrived safely and in the same condition it left the house. I just want to say another shout out to Don, TY AND Snoop 🎉🎉 Job well done 👍🏽👍🏽

I have used this company numerous times. I've looked past little incidents like scratches, smoke breaks, etc. But yesterday, these guys shattered a $1200 computer. I wasn't going to say anything about it bc I didn't purchase the protection plan. I mean, why would I? I thought I was hiring professionals. Anyway, a lady called me this morning to see how the move went. I mentioned the broken computer and how they turned all of our cabinets completely upside down, which was utterly unnecessary. She said said she could offer me $.60/lb for the damaged computer, roughly $6. I exclaimed how she had just offended me and how asinine that is. Of course she used the excuse that I didn't purchase the protection plan. Apparently you need to buy this bc they are now sending out unqualified staff to move your hard-earned belongings. I asked to speak to the main person in charge and they conveniently were not available. When I asked for that persons contact info, I was told she is not allowed to give that out. The two guys also took a 45 minute smoke break (on the clock) while I ran a quick errand. They also took over an hour to make a 15 minute drive bc "John's phone died and he needed to buy a new charger". Again, on the clock. These guys had very strong odors of marijuana. So much so, that I got a contact high. I've been trying for two weeks to get ahold of anyone at this company and they are completely ghosting me. I'm turning this over to my attorney. What kind of business allows this behavior? Save your money and stress, use a more professional company.

We could not have been more pleased with our move experience. Two Men and a Truck actually sent six men who worked tirelessly for ten hours moving our 7 person law firm. They were so smart and skilled as they carefully maneuvered massive pieces of furniture through small hallways. They were friendly and funny and kind. Our team included Peter, Richard, Julian, Jason, Harley and Kristian. Every single one of them was impressive, smart, strong and hardworking. They patiently rearranged furniture and gave opinions when asked and were overall just the best movers we could have asked for.

Third time we've used these guys; They are really great. they moved our belongings with care and did so as fast as one could. Hopefully there aren't any moves in our future but if there are, we will again use Two Men and a Truck. PRO TIP: Request Theo and Desmond. Those guys moved what took days to gather in mere hours. Seriously, I couldn't ask for more courtesy and professionalism. They're awesome.
