If I could rate zero stars I would.... I was renting from Metro and needed to leave my personal car on their property. I parked it where they told me I could and when I came back to return the rental my car had been towed. Once finally recovering my car the only compensation they offered was $100 off my $1200 rental. Canceled the 4 upcoming reservations I had with them since they were not willing to help make the situation better.

Metro in Honewood is my go-to several times a year when I need a moving truck or van. Nick and Alan always great me by name and help keep the process going. Jacob and JD or Tj were also in the shop and they were great as well. Always great service

I’ve recently reserved 15-passenger vans to transport my senior adult choir to present their concert … and for a picnic event. The personnel at our Homewood location of Metro Truck Rental have always been so understanding, helpful, and supportive of our needs … and of last-minute changes. We are so appreciative and grateful for their customer-service-minded attitudes and orientation. Metro truck rental is number one in my book. I rent from metro and Homewood. An I'm tell you, you can't beat the customer service that you get from Allen, Nick and Joe. They are first class all the way around. Great to talk to and they get you in and out. If you're looking for a great quality truck in good customer service, I recommend them thanks again metro.
