My business has been working with this company for about 12 years and have been very good to work for. I have 3 - 4 trucks that haul for them weekly . They pay me every Friday as our agreed terms. Best company i have hauled for.

We have worked with their "A/P" department for a couple years now and they have been patient and VERY helpful when any cyber issue (tech challenges) have occurred. A+++ customer service and A+++ timely payments!! I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to do good business, such as they have shown to provide for us.

Stay away from these scammers. They will put you on a load and will charge you $250 for not "tracking". My driver accepted the tracking on his phone, but nobody bothered to call us and let us know that the tracking was still showing not activated. We picked up the load on time and we delivered it on time. I guess that was not good enough. The load was paying $1.35 per mile so after the charge it came down to less than $1. What a 'great' broker. People like you, guys are the tumor of the industry

It's been 60 days since I invoiced, and I don't yet have a penny from MGN. Extremely unprofessional Accounting department, they do not respond to voice mails or emails. I had to threaten to file a claim with Lexon/Sompo against their bond before anyone would give me the time of day. A true garbage company staffed by garbage people.
