We recently sold our home and used MiBox to store our furnishings off site while our home was on the market. We were very happy with the convenience of being able to load our container at our home before being picked up for offsite storage. I don’t usually take time to give reviews, but in this case – the services were excellent. The box was delivered when they said it would be, it was clean and orderly. When I called to have the box removed it was removed the very next morning very promptly and very professionally. I would definitely recommend this service.

Local + accommodating + communicative and professional! Incredibly satisfied with the whole experience of MI-Box! First of all, I called and talked to Faith one day before I was set to move into a storage unit and she was able to set me up with delivery, storage, and pick up of a storage box that was most cost effective and convenient than most moving companies or storage units for the that matter. I’ve never had a storage unit before but I was moving out, going on a trip then moving into a new place all within a month and the stress levels were seriously decreased due to working with MI-Box. Thank you, Faith for the support and generosity! I feel like she’s my BFF at this point. Thank you Jeremy for the ingenious maneuvering and delivery of the box with all our belongings! Highly recommend this company and hope to see them continue thriving!

Mi-Box was GREAT from start to finish! Faith deserves a Gold Medal for all of her work to make our storage unit rental easy, and affordable. She was flexible on timing, very professional, returned calls promptly, and was the epitome of a person working for a company that does things the 'old way' - putting the customer interests at the top. Their pricing was reasonable and I'd strongly recommend that anybody who needs to rental a storage unit call Mi-Box. Turns out that my son and daughter-in-law also used Mi-Box during their move and had the exact same experience. Finally, Faith recommended a moving company [Flat Bid Moving] that would help us move our furniture in and out of the house, and they were great (Thanks to Carlos, Josh and the others).
