I bought an item from the online shop and chose to pick it up from this store; approx 3-4 days later I received a phone call that it was ready for delivery. Next morning, I paid a visit to this underground shop at 10 am (opening time), as I was nearby and it was getting hot. The shop keeper, although a bit sleepy, eventually let me in and was quite kind. Initially, I doubted whether the product was genuine or not, but quickly realized it was ok. Fine quality, relatively quick delivery, not so bad pricing.

I was very pleased! The staff was extremely helpful , they helped picked the right size and style shoe and I bought two pairs that I can’t stop wearing them !

So bad experience!! Although the shop had a very nice collection of clothes and a big variety of brands, the overall experience was marred by the unhelpful and rude behavior of the staff. Upon entering the shop, I approached an employee and politely asked for assistance. To my surprise, she responded by telling me that I could just see for myself without offering any guidance on where I could find the specific items I was interested in. After a min I politely asked for a suggestion. Instead of providing assistance, she made it clear that she had no intention of helping me, responding in a rude and dismissive manner. Despite my initial intention to explore the collection by myself, the unpleasant vibe lingering in the air made me reconsider my decision to stay. Feeling unwelcome, I simply expressed my gratitude and left the shop. The lady did not even bid me farewell, displaying a complete disregard for basic courtesy. Fortunately, I was able to find what I was looking for at the next shop, which offered a much more pleasant and helpful shopping environment. Therefore, I cannot recommend the fashion shop in question to others due to the poor customer service and the unprofessional behavior exhibited by the staff member.
