Ran up THOUSANDS of dollars on my insurance to say I don't have arthritis of any kind. Diagnosis: eat yogurt and do yoga?! I'm having surgery later this year for the OSTEOARTHRITIS in my hands, while taking MALOXICAM for the OSTEOARTHRITIS, he said I don't have?! Beware before you waste your $$$

A friend referred me to Dr Boatright for my 20 year old daughter. I could not even get past the receptionist as she rudely informed me that because my daughter had seen another rheumatologist, even though briefly, the doctor would not even consider seeing her. What about a second opinion? People are told to get those all the time yet this doctor could not be bothered. Don't waste your time.

I've been Dr. Boatright's patient for 12+ years. He established an individual program for me to help reduce arthritis pain and damage while helping me maintain an acceptable quality of life. Dr. Boatright and his staff are consistently thorough, caring and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Dr, Boatwright is a great doctor however I’m giving them a two star due to being dropped as a patient after 7 years due to his office failing to tell me I had a bill that was unpaid. We moved and apparently we have lost mail in the process, they won’t call you or tell you when you go in for your appointment that you have a balance . I was never late on a payment and always paid my bill. So this is a warning , no matter how long you have been with this group they will drop you even if it’s the mistake of the office. Just shows your medical care isn’t that important to them. I understand they need to be paid but don’t count on them calling or telling you on you visits. Now the hunt is on for a better group that truly cares about health and quality of ones life .

Every single person I interacted with at Dr. Boatright’s office was extremely patient and kind. From the receptionist to Dr. Boatright to the X-ray tech to the women in the lab. Everyone explained in detail what would happen at each step of the process and showed a lot of empathy and concern. As Dr. Boatright said to me today, “nobody wants to go see a rheumatologist” but just know if you’re going to see Dr. Boatright and his team you are in excellent and caring hands.
