Second time that I have taken my laptop to ClickAway and have been extremely happy with the results. This last time Kevin McGuire assisted me. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He really saved me as this is my professional laptop that has all of my company files. Even though it was late on Friday afternoon he got me back to work quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend Clickaway! Kevin the tech guru is excellent, my laptop suddenly froze with bitlocker screen, he found out my hard drive was actually corrupted but was able to retrieve all my data, a lifesaver! Very responsive and fast. (They also have factory refurbished laptops at a good price.)
