The front staff was polite and friendly. However, Dr. Higgins said some unprofessional and rude comments to me, in front of my daughter. I would never recommend him to anyone. You go to a Dr. for help and to discuss what is going on and what areas you need help with. I will be filing a complaint against Dr. Higgins as he needs some retraining on the oath he took to be a Dr. to do no harm. I have never been spoken to by a Dr. this way. I gave this office in North Suffolk a one rating, the staff deserves a five, the Dr. deserves a one.
