If you ever need care for your liver for any reason he is the one to see. I promise he will take care of you. I would not be here today if it wasn’t for Dr. Merriman.

I was past around from doctor to doctor not finding out how or what I should do about my major health issues. Several doctors had told me I had liver issues and was diagnosed with a severe case of Lupus. I was treated in so many strange ways for strange things. I was told by one of my doctors to travel about 300 miles and check myself into the emergency room in San Francisco and request help. I was seen by the doctor on call and admitted right away. I had been told by several doctors that I needed my gallbladder removed. Dr. Merriman came in my room, at first I didn't like his adatude, he flat told me he was not even going to touch my gallbladder. And he wanted to run some tests on me so that ment staying for several days, that was not what I wanted to hear at all. I had been through so many tests all I thought was, they just wanted my money. But my husband of 46 years talked me into staying to find out what he might find, my husband was flustered after years of my health failing. So I did stay. On the third day I was visited by this doctor I had placed in a category with all the ( witch doctors as I called them) he began telling me I was in stage 3 of 4 liver failure, I had been bedridden for over 2 years. He told me that I would end up on the transplant list in no time unless I did what he said, and that I could be back to doing and enjoying my life again. I have now for 2 years listened and done as instructed and am living a close to normal life. I am an older woman and I swear that Dr. Merriman saved my life. I am holding my own and not having to go see him every 6 weeks, now I am on a 6 month visit with blood work often for him to keep an eye on me. I swear by this man's ability to treat the ill, and mainly that he cares about his patients! He didn't give up and guess as to what was wrong with me.

I like this Dr, and I can't say the same for most people.
