I broke my leg and went to them for treatment. The main doctor was not there but his PA was. The PA came in the room wigged my leg around told me their was nothing they can do to put a shoe on and walk.

Dr. Patterson did surgery on my husband’s shoulder and did a great job. People in the office were very nice at pre and post appointments. Working in a doctors office myself, I know it is a team effort to make it a pleasant experience for the patient. Would recommend them to anyone.

Dr. PATTERSON is AWESOME. Listens to the patient, and will discuss the best treatment option. Always gives Pros and cons. Follow ups are usually quick. Office staff is BEYOND helpful and are super perky and energetic. We have never had a concern that wasn't addressed immediately and we are always smiles during follow up appointments. We don't like to see him (for surgery) but he is a pleasure when we have.

When I originally called to schedule my appointment, the receptionist asked if my wrist was broken or if I needed surgery. I thought this was a strange question to ask someone who is making an appointment to get the answers to those questions, but I let it go because they were the closest office to me and I needed to be seen. Then on my way to my appointment I got stuck in some traffic, and called to let them know I would be 3 minutes late. The lady who answered the phone said “the doctor has to leave, so you need to get in here quickly.” My appointment was at 2:45 on a Wednesday. Not sure where this doctor needed to go, or why 3 minutes would make that much of a difference. But the worst part of this visit was the doctor himself. As he was moving my hand around, I told him that this has been a problem for a couple of months and while I’m pretty good with pain this has just been a lot. He proceeded to scoff at me and say “yeah, okay”. Without a diagnosis or MRI, he prescribed me a “stronger anti inflammatory” which he said was all that I needed. After I asked if we could do an MRI he, noticeably irritated said that he could do it, but he would have to inject my ligaments with dye. Fast forward a month an a half, and I have a diagnosis, with an MRI that I didn’t need a dye injection for. Thankful to have found a doctor who is more caring of his patients. From now on, I will drive the extra hour to get better care.

Our experience with Precision Ortho has been nothing short of AmAziNG over the years!! Dr. Patterson has his mark on a clavicle, 2 ankles, 3 knees and wrist or 2 in our family! Their office works so well with the physical therapists, the trainers and the schools! They really are the BEST!!!
