Never had more than minor issues with them {tried to reschedule an appointment and could not because their phone system was down, so I sent a message via the patient portal letting them know I was trying to reach them to reschedule but could not because their phones were down. I was then charged a no show fee. I let them know and they removed the fee right away}. They are very caring and quick to see you {when I was a new patient I called to make a new appointment and they had one in less than 24 hours.

My family and I have been coming to this practice for many years. We are so pleased with the care and service that provided to us. Dr Miles and his staff are very professional and kind I couldn't say enough of how nice he treats his patients even my husband left there with a smile on his face.

I don’t know where these negative reviews come from? I’ve been with Dr. Miles since he’s put up his shingle and he’s the best, he’s saved my life (literally TWICE) and is currently helping me with a very hard medical problem, when other Doctors would just treat me like a number on a chart, they don’t operate like that. Is it a busy practice? Yes, but when you need to be seen or you’re having an issues they take care of it. You may not get to see Dr. Miles right away but one of his mid levels will take care of you and I know for a fact they tell him and he signs off personally on the treatment. Dr. Miles and his staff I cannot say enough about how well they’ve treated me & my family. Also I’ve never seen Dr.Miles where he didn’t have a smile and he’s never been rude too me.

In my opinion this is a joke of a medical practice! 1st visit- I thought I had the FLU They gave me a shot and Prednisone. I told the nurse "I need you to call in my blood pressure medication, I'm out and the Prednisone will make my blood pressure worse". I called my pharmacy to see if it had been called in and it had not. I called twice and my pharmacy called twice, still could not get them to call it in. 24 hrs later they Finally called it in(after my blood pressure​ was almost stroke level). So 2 trips to the pharmacy when it should have been called in the same day. I was looking for a family doctor after moving here 2 years ago and they were recommended by my pharmacy, so I gave them another try. I called about noon today to verify the appointment time and left work early and showed up 15 minutes early. They called me to the desk and told me that I had called and cancelled my appointment (10000% not true) even went into a fictitious spill that I told them numerous things when I called! My conversation was 30 seconds to just verify my appointment time. If you care about your health or your time, don't waste your time with this unprofessional practice. They are a total joke! If they changed the practice to a Vet, I would be scared to bring my Dogs!

I have never been able to even meet Dr. Miles. Even though I have asked. I have had horrible experiences with both of his PA's Angel Bridges and Landie Romulus. They only gave me 30 days which is one refill of RX medicines I have been on for years. When I called the front office to ask why they did not give me at least 6 months worth all I got was a bunch of lame excuses from the office staff. I had to get very assertive to even get three months worth of meds. I have never even got to meet Dr. Miles not sure if he is even a doctor anymore. I have given them multiple chances to do better and they just can not get their act together. I will not waste any more of my time or money on them. And will not send anyone I know to them. Bad practice.
