I had a same day delivery to a hard-to-deliver to recipient (multiple addresses, refusal to accept and redirect to a new address) and Modern Express was great. Very communicative and proactive. Shout out to Javier, Curran, and Mark who were persistent in making the delivery happen!

I have to say this is one of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with in an emergency situation we live in Orlando Florida and my husband was on business in Oakland California sick as can be couldn’t get to CVS to pick up his prescription not only did they come through picked up his prescription dropped it off but Warren went out of his way got out and made sure he could handed over the script to my husband they’re still good people in this world thank you guys and if you ever need service please use this company. Angel was amazing in the phone and 100% on it with customer service!!!

I coordinated a pick up of a printer from a client site and within 1.5 hours it was in my office. I worked with Amal who was efficient, friendly, and thorough. Joe from customer support has helped me with sending out packages to as much as 15 different locations all in the same day and provided me with constant updates whenever there were issues as well as solutions. Driver Clewis Porter always arrives early and completes his deliveries exactly as specified whenever I schedule a courier.
