My wife Mary has played the piano for many years - and we were looking for a baby grand piano for our home. After an online search, we visited Michelle's Piano Company, and met Lotof Shahtout, the owner. The showroom is a piano lover's paradise, filled with an incredible assortment of types and colors and sizes. Lotof is so kind, knowledgeable, patient, low-pressure, and a lover of the magnificent instrument with 88 keys. In our perusing, he led us to a perfect fit for Mary: a K. Kawai baby grand, used, but immaculate, and reasonably priced. We live in Springfield, Oregon, and the delivery came at the tail-end of the ice-storm that swept the Northwest. Curtis from Michelle's kept us informed of the delivery details, and the strong delivery team (Oscar, Damian, and another energetic guy - sorry, I didn't get his name) came when they promised, carefully brought the Kawai into our house, set it up, and then took Mary's old piano to our daughter in the Portland area - all through the ice and snow. Our home now has new family member! A big shout out to Lotof and the crew at Michelle's. We highly recommend Michelle's to anyone looking for any type of piano. Thanks for our piano! My husband and I had a great experience buying our piano at Michelle's Piano. My husband was looking for a good piano for me when he came across the C.Bechstein upright on their website. Lotof, the owner was very kind and enthusiastic in helping us with the purchase. We are from North Carolina so it took about 4 weeks for the delivery. The gentlemen who delivered our piano were very professional, quick, and efficient. Lotof also sent us a new professional piano bench. We love love love our new piano and highly recommend Michelle's Piano to everyone.
