I called several moving companies and all were extremely unaccomodating and/or were way out of price range. I understood a move across country would be costly as I was moving from Colorado to Illinois. There was one company who referred MICROSHIP. When I made the call to MICROSHIP this very nice woman Mary, answered my call. From the first "Hello, how may I help you" I felt at ease, relieved, comforted and supported. Mary was AMAZING EVERY STEP OF THE WAY AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND with helping with my move back home to Illinois. Mary's professionalism, responsiveness, kindness and reliability made my move painless and a huge success. The day the movers came went extremely well; they were efficient, professional and took care of my belongings with care and attention! MicroShip made our move easy. Rob the owner was very knowledgeable and professional without the hard sell tactics. I found MicroShip through a trusted competitor who could not accommodate us. Luciano and Jacob showed up promptly on time and carefully wrapped and packed our shipment. I could not recommend them more highly. I wish I had never used google search sponsored ads because of the nonstop calls, texts, and emails. Microchip is a breath of fresh air in an otherwise awful experience. I wish they had been my first and only call!

We all know that moving kinda sucks since there’s so much stress and work involved. But, the professional team at Micro Ship make it so easy and as stress-free as possible. This is my second move with Micro Ship, first from Chicago to NYC and now, the emptying of our storage unit in Chicago and moved to Cape Cod. From the first call to Rob (the owner) and the follow up with Mary for all the paperwork to Tony who once again delivered all of our stuff safely and quickly and ahead of a huge rain and windstorm headed our way. Special shout out to whoever took extra care in packing several pieces that needed that little “extra protection.” From start to finish, this could not have gone any better at a cost that could not be matched anywhere. What’s remarkable is the cost of this move ended up less than the cost of our move from NYC to the Cape for like ½ the stuff. That’s a BIG deal. I cannot recommend Micro Ship enough. True professionals. Good people. Honest people. And people who go the extra mile to make a move as simple as possible at an amazing price. Talk about exceeding expectations, especially this close to the holidays! Thank you Rob, Mary, Tony and anyone else I missed. You all ROCK!

Extremely happy with Mary and the team at MicroShips. Have used a number of movers over the years and this is the A team. Very different experience from all the other movers I have previously used. Every team member was top notch and professional. Took the stress out of a big series of moves. Will use again and highly recommend.

Mike, who came to the house prior to the move to give a free estimate for the job was professional and compassionate about our needs. He was able to arrange the move in a tight timeframe. Jordan, Miguel, Patrick and Antonio helped me move an elderly family member soon after the estimate was provided. They were friendly, courteous, respectful and easy to work with and continued with the unpacking on a second day until the contracted job was completed. Their main goal was to satisfy their customer. I would highly recommend this company.
